The Dubai Marina district is located a few kilometers southwest of the city center. It is one of the most modern districts in Dubai and is known for its unique location, directly around the man-made canal Marina. Yachts and skyscrapers dominate the cityscape of Dubai Marina. Along the canal is the pedestrian promenade “The Walk” with numerous restaurants, bars and clubs. Especially in the evening, the district is very well visited. A popular spot in the evening hours is Pier 7 – a building with seven different restaurants and bars. Also in Dubai Marina is the shopping center Dubai Marina Mall and a beach Marina Beach, overlooking the Ain Dubai.
Our tip: The Zipline XLine, which runs directly over the Dubai Marina, provides pure thrills. With a speed of 80 km/h you fly over the Dubai Marina and enjoy an indescribable view.
